Real Estate is my Business
Bonnie Kehl, Branch Manager of the Coldwell Banker Realty Oakland/Montclair and Berkeley offices, oversees all daily operations and guides our talented team of more than 140 independent sales professionals.
Passionate about her work, Bonnie's enthusiasm is palpable when you meet her. She says," I love empowering others with new skills and sharing my experience. I am excited to watch the team grow as real estate professionals and accomplish more than they thought possible!" Bonnie has a wealth of expertise to share, as she's been a top-producing Sales Associate in the Bay Area since 1985. Approachable and accessible, Bonnie is a resourceful, hard-working, and fun-loving Manager.
Born in Korea, she moved to the United States at age 14. After graduating from Sunnyvale High School, she won a college scholarship to study nutrition and food science at California State University, San Jose, where she earned her bachelor's degree. Following a career at Stanford University Hospital, Bonnie decided to get her real estate license in 1985. It was the perfect career change.
In the last 30+ years, Bonnie has had a thriving real estate practice with Century 21, Coldwell Banker Contempo, Windermere Real Estate, and Alain Pinel Realtors. In 2008, she joined Cashin Company Realtors as Manager in Los Altos and established herself as a highly regarded leader. When Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage acquired Cashin in 2010, Bonnie stayed on to guide their highly successful team. She returned to sales again for a short time before moving on to oversee the Half Moon Bay office, and she now manages Coldwell Banker in Oakland/Montclair and Berkeley.
Bonnie is happily married to her husband, Tom. Their daughter Cristen is a Santa Clara grad (2016) and lives in the South Bay; their two grown children reside in Grapevine, Texas. Three grandchildren are the apple of Bonnie's eye.
